Product and purchase

Meccha Auto Paint is downloadable Windows software for personal use with MECCHA CHAMELEON. The purchase price is a one-time $14.99 USD payment. It is not a subscription and does not create a recurring charge.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Digital access and setup information are provided using the email address supplied at checkout. Keep the Stripe receipt as proof of purchase.

Lifetime license

A purchase grants one customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered software. The license to the delivered copy does not expire.

“Lifetime access” does not guarantee permanent compatibility with every future version of Windows or MECCHA CHAMELEON, indefinite product availability, uninterrupted operation, every future feature, or perpetual development and support.

Permitted use

You may install and use the software for your own personal use. Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the software or access materials. Reverse-engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Use the software only where third-party automation and modification tools are permitted. You are responsible for following applicable game, server, platform, and community rules.

Compatibility and results

Supported Windows and game-build requirements are stated with the current release. Game or Windows updates can alter or interrupt compatibility. Results also vary with framing, pose, scene, lighting, and game behavior.

The software is designed around front and visible-surface painting. It is not sold as a complete hidden-back, 360-degree texture replacement or as a guarantee of a particular artistic result.

Final-sale and refund policy

Because access is delivered digitally, purchases are generally final once access is provided. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

A refund may be considered only when all of the following are true:

• The customer's system and game build were listed as supported.
• A verified technical setup issue prevents the software's core functionality from working as described.
• The customer cooperates with reasonable troubleshooting.
• Support cannot provide a working solution.

Refunds are generally not provided for a change of mind, preferred visual results while the software is functioning, unsupported systems or game builds, failure to follow setup instructions, modified software, prohibited use, or later third-party changes. Duplicate payments will be corrected. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Where legally permitted, liability relating to the purchase is limited to the amount paid for the software.
